Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Monroe Township, PA. The role involves engaging customers on the lot, assessing needs, and showcasing suitable inventory with clear explanations of paperwork and warranties.

The position requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to close deals while managing time effectively. Training is provided for those new to the field, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to contact customers and close sales independently.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot.
• Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle.
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory.
• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s details.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers.

*There isno experience neededbut it’s preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot
• Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory
• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers
