Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking entry to master automotive technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. The role offers a pathway for career growth, state inspections, and a benefits-rich environment within a large dealership group.

Requires PA State Inspection Certification and a valid driver’s license. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning is essential for success in this on-site position at our Pennsylvania locations.

Qualifications

• PA State Inspection Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Time management and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with all makes and models of vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform maintenance as assigned.
• Conduct emissions inspections, safety checks and state-regulated exams.
• Perform brakes, suspension, tire work and routine maintenance.
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs with service advisor.
• Maintain vehicle records of all services and repairs.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment.
