• Ability to show measurable results of sales team training using key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales training programs focused on conversion improvement.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales staff for skill enhancement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
