Asbury Automotive Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to coach and inspire all team members to deliver exceptional Guest experiences across the dealership. You will conduct classroom training and in-the-moment coaching on a weekly basis, aligning with Asbury’s North Star, Compass and DRIVE values.

The role requires prior service department experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor, 2–4 years, and travel about 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as either a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the Automotive retail space.
• Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in either position listed above.
• Previous roles in formal automotive Service training is a plus.
• Must be able to travel approximately 75% of the time.
