Job summary

You will collaborate with multiple departments to run sessions that improve selling skills and product knowledge for automotive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
• Training and presentation experience preferred.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Reynolds knowledge a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and support training courses for the sales force.
• Coordinate training sessions with multiple departments for maximum efficiency.
• Cover selling skills and product knowledge specific to retail automotive solutions.
• Facilitate and present to large groups in classroom and online settings.
