Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Houston is seeking a Corporate Trainer to teach professional development and new associate orientation in a classroom setting. You will design courses, manage classes, maintain training records, and evaluate student progress.

Strong presentation and people skills, independence, and professionalism are essential. Travel to the Dayton office may be required once or twice a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior teaching experience helpful.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with online training tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach professional development and new associate orientation courses in a classroom environment in the Houston office.
• Design and develop training courses, course materials, and instructor guides; manage class logistics and student evaluations.
• Maintain and update training databases and records; monitor attendance and outcomes; provide feedback to learners and management.
• Deliver engaging class presentations and facilitate discussions with fellow instructors; collaborate with a training mentor.
• Travel to the Dayton office once or twice a year as needed for training activities.
