Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Dayton, OH seeks a Sales Trainer to develop, deliver, and support training for our sales force, including new hires and seasoned reps. You will collaborate with multiple departments to run sessions that improve selling skills and product knowledge for automotive solutions.

The role requires comfort presenting to large groups, in classrooms and online, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
• Training and presentation experience preferred.

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral is essential.

As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training courses for our sales force which will include both new hires and experienced sales representatives. You will be working closely with multiple departments to coordinate training sessions that ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will cover selling skills and product knowledge specific to retail automotive solutions and services. Candidates must be comfortable in front of large groups facilitating and presenting in a classroom style setting, as well as online via webinars and videos.
