Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in our 12 month sales training program. This program includes field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel with overnight stays and learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. After completing the training, you will relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80–100% during training.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations (≤2 in 3 years, none OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years).
• Willing to relocate after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in 12-month sales training with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and pursue quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products to automotive customers in the assigned territory.
• Travel 80-100% during training with overnight stays.
• Relocation assistance provided by the company.
