Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers select vehicles, demonstrate features, and guide them through pricing and purchasing steps. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online leads, and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to close deals.

No prior automotive sales experience is required—we will train you. The position offers a 5-day workweek with a rotating two days off, and evening/weekend hours, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required—we're willing to train you.
• Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, and through email or text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, available options, pricing, and purchasing steps.
• Respond to customers by phone, email, text, and internet leads.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
