Bob Thomas Ford Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking go-getters to join our sales team. We seek long-term employees who will grow with us and master Ford vehicles and technology.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through vehicle selections, financing options, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Competitive earnings potential is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commission-based sales.
• Outgoing personality with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Become an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features such as Sync and hybrid technology.
• Complete quotes and explain financing options.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads.

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
• Auto Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features ie. Sync, App Link, & advancing hybrid technology
• Complete quotes and explain financing options
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
