Job summary

Step One Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Salesperson to greet customers, uncover needs, and guide them through vehicle selection and test drives. You will negotiate deals, handle financing handoffs, and ensure accurate paperwork for delivery and title processing.

Success comes from building long-term relationships, maintaining high CSI, and driving consistent gross profit and units sold through effective follow-up with leads and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products, financing concepts, and trade-in valuation.
• Familiarity with dealership-specific software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform needs discovery to guide vehicle selection.
• Demonstrate vehicles, negotiate and finalize deals with accurate paperwork.
• Coordinate financing handoff, delivery, and title processing; follow-up for CSI and referrals.
