Hubler Automotive Group in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Sales Consultant/Product Specialist to guide customers through vehicle selection and demonstrations, and to drive weekly and monthly sales. You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and close deals with a focus on service and satisfaction.

The role rewards bold, energetic communicators with a passion for cars, a valid driver’s license, and a team mindset. Previous dealership experience is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits.

• Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor.
• Strong oral communications skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated.
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values.
• Self starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity.
• Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
• Must posses a valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted
