Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, able to learn automotive products and services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Able to learn and use point-of-sale systems, Digital Vehicle Inspection tools, scheduling tools, and store tech.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and stay on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and review completed work.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
