Job summary

MFA Oil Company, operating the Big O Tires service team in Missouri, seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and drive tire and service sales. You will educate customers, handle transactions, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with hazardous materials and in outdoor conditions. Training and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license required.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
Ability to work holidays, weekends and after hours as needed.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle merchandise.
Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Explain benefits of products and services and promote sales.
Prepare warranties, service agreements, and tire sales records.
Process sales transactions accurately and report discrepancies.
Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising tasks.
Keep store clean and maintain appearance per Big O Tires standards.
Train new employees as needed.
Complete required training on time.
