Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, is seeking a Big O Sales Advisor. You will provide fast, friendly customer service and promote products and services while educating customers on maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, processing warranties, stocking shelves, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and supporting store operations to meet company expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication skills and sales abilities.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and make change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously per policy.
• Promote sales and explain benefits of products and services to customers.
• Prepare warranties, service agreements, and record tire sales.
• Conduct efficient sales transactions; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and merchandising.
• Keep facilities clean and store appearance up to MFA Oil/Big O Tires standards.
