Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to greet customers, learn their needs, and present vehicles with pricing and promotions at our Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Waukesha, WI. The role requires demonstrations, test drives, and building lasting relationships through active follow-up.

You will guide customers through the purchase and delivery process, maintaining product knowledge and CRM accuracy while supporting a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable building relationships and following up with customers.
• Confidence learning vehicle features, products, and sales processes.
• Organized approach to customer follow-up, appointments, and CRM activity.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
