Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through vehicle purchases and build lifelong relationships. You’ll leverage a large inventory, competitive incentives, and on-site support to deliver an outstanding buying experience.

You’ll communicate vehicle attributes, financing options, and store policies while staying current on product details and participating in trainings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commission-based sales.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 or more years in commission based sales
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$120,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
