Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Waukesha, WI is seeking an Apprentice Technician to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will assist with repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance under supervision to grow automotive skills within a team-focused environment.

This role requires 1+ years of automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete manufacturer training. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete accurate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality and proper operation.
• Document repairs, diagnostic results, and time spent on each service.
• Follow all dealership and shop safety procedures.
• Maintain required tools and keep the service bay clean and organized.
• Complete assigned technical training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Communicate with service team members to support quality repairs.
