Job summary

Lithia & Driveway's Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers, identify needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide buyers through the sales process.

You’ll prospect for new business, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads in the CRM while maintaining knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs.

Qualifications

• Typing and basic math skills are required.
• Must have acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend the right vehicle.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Prospect for new business, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads in the CRM.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
• Deliver sold vehicles, introduce customers to the Service department, and support a smooth ownership handoff.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing product development.
• Coach assigned Sales Representatives on the sales process, product knowledge, CRM activity, and customer follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Track trainee progress and communicate regularly with program leadership on development and performance.

What You’ll Bring
