Job summary

Lithia Subaru of Oregon City is hiring Sales Representatives. The role offers commission-based pay with a $3,500 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days and flexible scheduling to fit various shifts. The department operates Monday–Saturday, with extended hours and Sunday coverage.

No automotive sales experience is required; we provide training. Strong communication and time-management skills, plus a valid driver’s license, are essential as you present vehicles and financing options to customers

Now Hiring – Sales Representatives!

Pay: Commission-based; $3,500 per month guarantee for the first 90-days

Schedule: Ideal candidate will have open availability to work any day/shift. Two consecutive days off in a row or split days off depending on what works best with your schedule; to be discussed more at interview.

Department Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 8:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 7:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in automotive sales not required! We love to train individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to learn!
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
