Ed Morse Chevrolet Buick GMC in Rolla is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. You will consult with customers to find vehicles that fit their needs, prospect new clients, and work to meet sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, gaining product knowledge, and completing all related paperwork in line with the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale.” Strong communication and a professional

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Valid Driver's license

• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Attend training offered by manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• Complete all sales related paperwork following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale”
