Ed Morse Sawgrass Automall is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Florida. The role focuses on guiding customers to select vehicles that meet their preferences, while maintaining strong product knowledge and a professional demeanor.

You will be expected to follow the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale, complete all sales paperwork, and pursue training opportunities to grow with the group. Our team values customer service, continuous improvement, and a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
