Ed Morse Automotive Group in Illinois is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their wants and needs, prospect new buyers, and work to meet sales targets.

You will build lasting relationships, close deals, and handle all related paperwork with professionalism. Weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and a strong benefits package support your success and growth.

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse "Steps to the Sale" to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver's license
