Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, specs and pricing to provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through sales process including financing and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent, customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
