Job summary

This role offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with performance-based earning potential from $80,000 to $185,000, supported by comprehensive training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote to guarantee satisfaction of customers.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure customer understands operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Establish personal income goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
