L0399 Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and drive the sales process on site in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

You will develop relationships, schedule appointments, enter data into CRM, and work with the Sales Manager to close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), a clean driving record, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (or higher) is required.
• Ability to type accurately and enter information into tracking systems.
• Basic math skills for calculations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present professional vehicle demonstrations.
• Develop and prospect new business; schedule daily appointments.
• Enter customer information accurately into CRM and follow up on leads.
• Assist customers through the write-up process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain showroom and lot appearance and product knowledge.
