Gill Auto Group Madera in Central California is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our automotive team. No prior auto experience is required; we will train you and help you reach your goals with unlimited earnings through commission-based pay.

You will greet customers, explain vehicle options, demonstrate features, and close sales while delivering exceptional service. Benefits include paid training, health plans, a 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company standards.
• Report objectives and activities to the Sales Manager.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues related to orders and products.
• Maintain product knowledge and professional growth.
