Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer-facing sales preferred.
• Ability to learn dealership products and processes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet needs and budget.
• Build relationships in person, by phone, and via internet leads.
• Respond promptly to leads and schedule appointments.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Close sales and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with finance to finalize vehicle transactions.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features and warranties.
