Eagle Kia in Riverhead, NY is hiring an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dealership team. You will help customers select vehicles, build relationships, conduct test drives, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but related customer-facing roles are considered. A valid driver's license and a strong work ethic are required. Training is paid and earning potential is uncapped.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, retail, commission, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Build relationships with customers in person, by phone, and through internet leads
• Respond promptly to leads and schedule appointments
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Overcome objections and close sales
• Follow up consistently with leads, appointments, prior customers, and unsold prospects.
• Maintain customer information and activity in the CRM
• Complete sales paperwork accuratelyPartner with sales management and the finance team to complete vehicle transactions
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork
• Build repeat and referral business through excellent customer service
• Follow dealership policies and applicable New York State and federal automotive sales laws
