Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient with computers and dealership CRM systems.
