Priority Acura Chesapeake, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive vehicle sales. You will greet customers, present products, arrange drive demonstrations, and continuously develop new business through CRM-backed outreach.

The role requires open scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support dealership operations and customer demand. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential or dealership sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet goals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Follow-up with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during the write-up process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings.
