Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, motivated, and competitive attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
• Ability to set goals and stay motivated to achieve them.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and help identify the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle.
• Present vehicle models, features, technology, accessories, and available purchase and finance options.
• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Build relationships with prospective and previous customers through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain customer activity and follow-up using dealership CRM tools.
• Stay up to date on new Acura models, features, products, and technology.
• Participate in product knowledge and sales training.
