Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate at Audi Birmingham in Irondale, AL. You will assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide model information, and help ensure a positive buying experience.

You will use strong communication and negotiation skills to guide buyers through the process, including financing options and trade-ins, with a focus on achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay informed on features, specs, and pricing of models.
• Guide customers through sales process including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales in a transparent, customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
