Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age due to driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits; determine customer needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight quality and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
