Napleton Toyota of Urbana is seeking a Sales Associate to join a fast-paced, growth-minded team. You will greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to vehicles that fit lifestyle and budget. Expect ongoing training, incentives and a path to career advancement within a large family-owned group.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step of the sale and vehicle handover.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales or customer service
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and energetic in a team environment
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• 18+ years of age or older

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers entering the dealership, answer questions and help select a vehicle
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain product performance and equipment options to prospects and determine vehicle needs
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranty and paperwork
• Stay informed about inventory, features and accessories and how they benefit customers
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and maintenance options
