Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. In this fast-paced role you will assist customers, present vehicles, and help buyers choose options while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

We offer a competitive pay range with incentive-based earnings from $60,000 to $150,000 annually, paid training, growth opportunities into Finance Manager, Sales Manager, or General Sales Manager, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and help select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describe optional equipment.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory and features and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
