Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and benefits, describe optional equipment, and determine customer vehicle needs.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Keep abreast of inventory features and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to demonstrate quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
