Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Napleton Toyota of Urbana to greet customers, understand needs, and guide them to the right vehicle. You will follow up, build relationships, explain options, and ensure smooth delivery with warranty and paperwork completed.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and growth within a large automotive group that values experience and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic team player.
Background check may be required by local laws.
18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

Assist customers entering the dealership and help select a suitable vehicle.
Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain product performance and options to customers, and determine needs.
Deliver vehicles ensuring customer understands features, warranties, and paperwork.
Keep informed about inventory and features to benefit customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
