Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests including background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specs, and pricing of all vehicles to provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Build relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team and departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and skills.
