Formación

• Customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
• Experience handling phone leads and internet inquiries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
