You will greet customers, present vehicles, provide demonstrations, and develop new business while capturing leads in the CRM, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the write-up and delivery process.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with at least 1 year.
• Typing to enter data into CRM accurately.
• Basic math skills for calculations.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information in the CRM and keep it updated.
• Utilize the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during write up to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Attend and participate in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice daily skills including customer service, product presentation, and phone communication.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom.
• Present and deliver vehicle following delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Introduce customer to Service department following Sales 2 Service process.
• Obtain all required state licensing as applicable.
