AutoSavvy in Reno is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to convert inbound and self-generated leads into vehicle sales. You will build relationships, guide buyers through the process, negotiate, and maximize gross profit while delivering a high-energy customer experience.

This role offers a high-commission pay plan with uncapped earnings, ongoing training, and growth into finance or management.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, wireless, insurance, or high-ticket).
• Proven ability to communicate, influence, and close.
• Competitive mindset and high-performance orientation.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Bilingual is a plus, especially Spanish.
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
