Balise Auto is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant (Sales Associate) to deliver an unforgettable first impression to customers. No automotive sales experience is required, as a paid 90-day training program supports performance and growth.

You will present brand knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles, manage leads in the CRM, and guide customers through the buying process. Expect an aggressive compensation plan and advancement opportunities within the dealership.

Qualifications
