Job summary

BRAM Auto Group at our RT 22 Honda dealership in Hillside, NJ, seeks automotive salespersons. We are hiring multiple candidates to join a fast-paced sales team with strong communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting vehicle options, and building a loyal clientele through follow-up and referrals. A valid driver's license and 3–5 years of dealership sales are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive sales experience in a dealership.
• Must have valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs; discuss vehicle options.
• Demonstrate vehicles professionally, new and pre-owned.
• Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
