Mills Auto Group in Minnesota seeks a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive profitable growth, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will coach others, maintain follow-up on leads, and manage inventory and displays to maximize unit sales.

Prior automotive sales leadership and leasing knowledge are preferred. The role operates Monday through Saturday with Sundays off, offering a commission-based pay plan from $48k to $100k+ per year plus a comprehensive benefits package including

• Guest service excellence is expected.
• Adherence to sales processes by all team members.
• Follow up on incoming leads per company expectations.
• Manage inventory, lot organization, and displays.
• Sell vehicles and assist with closing deals.
• Collaborate with team and guests to build relationships.
• Provide ongoing training to sales consultants.
• Demonstrate passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Ensure sales processes are followed by all Team Members.
• Verify incoming leads are followed up on within expectations.
• Effectively manage inventory, lot organization, and display.
• Sell vehicles and assist with closing deals.
• Work with Team Members and Guests to build relationships.
• Provide continuous training with Sales consultants.
