Mills Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead our dealership’s sales team and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise vehicle sales, ensure process consistency, and coach staff to improve closing rates and overall profitability.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and relationship building with guests and team members. Responsibilities include managing inventory, lot presentation, lead follow-up, and maintaining high levels of guest service while promoting growth

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to guide the sales team toward productivity and profitability.
• Consistently deliver high levels of guest/customer service.
• Ensure sales processes are followed by all team members.
