Job summary

Auto Centers is seeking a sales leadership professional responsible for recruiting qualified sales personnel and ensuring the profitability of the company by managing the used vehicle inventory, training staff, and delivering strong vehicle sales.

You will supervise about nine sales employees, build relationships with lenders and community leaders, and ensure high customer service standards while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Directly supervises approximately nine employees in the Sales Department.
