AutoSavvy is recruiting for an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team on site. You will drive monthly sales targets, review paperwork for accuracy, and collaborate with Finance Managers to secure financing and back-end products.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills to maintain dealer standards. The position offers a path for growth within a multi-store network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Drive monthly sales goals and dealership performance.
• Review and approve all deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify required documents (ID, insurance, contracts, etc.).
• Work closely with Finance Managers to finalize deals.
• Help secure financing and maximize back-end product sales.
• Build relationships with lenders, warranty providers, and partners.
• Maintain dealership standards (inventory presentation & lot condition).
• Resolve customer and team issues professionally.
• Support the General Manager and assist with hiring/training.
