Job summary

Holman Enterprises’ Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Aberdeen location seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic dealership sales team. You will coach consultants, manage training sessions, and drive profitability through strategic pricing, trade-ins, and customer engagement.

The role calls for 3–5+ years in automotive sales with leadership experience, strong CRM and data analysis skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in automotive sales with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• CRM proficiency to manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, motivate, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct in-depth initial training on selling systems, product knowledge, and conduct.
• Schedule regular training to reinforce techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Negotiate trade-in deals maximizing profitability and customer value.
• Monitor daily sales operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with service to ensure seamless after-sale experience.
• Establish policies that prioritize customer satisfaction and consistent processes.
