Job summary

Holman is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Aberdeen to lead a high-performing sales team. You will hire, train, and motivate sales consultants, drive performance through data analysis, and coordinate with service to ensure an exceptional post-sale experience.

The role requires 3–5+ years in automotive sales, including leadership, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and strong CRM/MS Office proficiency. A proven track record of meeting targets is essential.
